I was thinking about this this evening as I walked into the kitchen and saw all the dishes.
"That's okay. I will just do them tomorrow."
And then I remembered i hate having a messy kitchen and I'm working on being the type of person who does the dishes at night.
15 minutes later they were done.
We're not always going to be excited to do the thing, but by picking WHO you want to be and then reminding yourself of it, it helps motivate you to actually take action.
