Ah, my back is finally feeling better. I would say I am at 95%. There are a few movements where I am like oof, what is that, no thank you.
I went to my running class today and just walked the entire class. When it came time to do weights, I opted for 7.5lbs weights or dropping them and just using my body weight.
Show up, show up on the days you want to and the days you don't want to. Showing up means you don't get a 0. It helps you keep the habit. It helps you be a consistent person. It helps you quit the starting and stopping.
Show up and do something small instead of nothing at all.
