Sometimes your workout is just about showing up, to keep the habit, to check the box.

 

Other days, you will crush it.

 

Keep showing up even on the crappy days.

 

It's okay to have a crappy workout.

 

Today I thought I was just showing up and then 15 minutes into class, I was ready to go and crushed it! 

 

Couldn't have happened had I stayed home.

 

Show up.
