I started eating dessert every night after quitting Whole30. I think it was a rebellion against the strict rules of Whole30 which does not let you eat any dessert, even healthy desserts.
I've been eating a small portion of dessert everyish night since March 2016 :)
Now because I am not on Tik Tok, I didn't know there was a big cottage cheese craze going on. I actually found out about it from a client!
I was googling to see what recipes people were making and found some cottage cheese cookie dough recipes. We tried them and they were okay...
And then I started experimenting on my own and found one I really!
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 scoop vanilla protein power
sprinkle of almond flour
drizzle of agave syrup
frozen strawberries
Mix it up in a food processor. It tastes like the strawberry Cool Whip Cottage Cheese dessert my mom used to make for summer parties.
If you freeze it, it tastes like strawberry cheesecake ice cream.
Yum.
