This morning I was writing in my journal about how proud I am of all I've accomplished over the last decade:
-Learning to get myself up and moving on my own in the mornings
-Becoming a runner
-Heck, becoming a journaler
It's these small steps. These small daily actions that get us consistent. And then a decade flies by, you look back, and you don't even recognize yourself anymore.
As you look to your 2024, I highly recommend getting consistent with mornings. It's this solid foundation for all your other habits.
Check in with yourself before you check in with others. Do something for yourself before you do things for other people.
