Getting back on track- take a small action!

Ah! After a shitty week, I got finally got some decent sleep and had a great run.

I think sometimes we wait for a Monday or the 1st of the month or 1st of the year to turn things around.

But the truth is you can turn things around at any time.

By taking action.

It doesn't have to be a Whole30 or Hard75. It can just be going for a run.

Or stretching.

Or eating a vegetable.

 

Ah, I feel good/not gross.

I feel so much better and better about myself.

 

Go take action!
