If you only show up on the days you want to...

the truth is you (and I) would probably rarely show up. 

We would rarely take action.

 

You're not always going to want to take action.

You're not always going to want to go for a walk or head to the gym or eat some vegetables with your meal.

 

But the consequence of not taking action is feeling like shit.

It's being annoyed and disappointed with yourself.

It's having a terrible mental health day.

It's repeating the same start/stop pattern you've been repeating for years, if not decades.

 

So showing up on the days you don't want to is actually really important.

It helps you feel proud and satisfied with yourself instead of annoyed and disappointed.

It helps you have a good mental health day. Or at least a decent or neutral one.

It helps you break your current pattern and actually move forward in your life

 

Show up and take action, even on the days you don't want to.
