I am working on building muscle... slowly.
It's been a slow process because I don't want to be obsessive.
I am just following along with my system of heading to the gym consistently and seeing changes in my body as a result...
Instead of obsessing over the changes in my body and deciding to do crazy things to alter those results... which is how I was a decade ago.
I feel proud of my strength. I feel proud of my growth over the last decade. I feel confident in my trajectory.
