I've been getting sports massages to try to work things out with my knee, hip, and foot. I honestly don't know what else to do, so I keep trying different things hoping this will be the thing that works.
This has been a long and expensive 6 years trying to figure this out!
So far... the massage is helping my hip. Not my knee or foot yet. But it's promising to get some relief in my hip...
Sports massages are painful! It's not a relaxing thing. They press really hard with their elbow to release fascia... it's not a candlelit occasion!!
I hopeful this will change something over time. I am reminding myself to not expect a dramatic overnight fix to keep my expectations low :)
