Sunday Reflection - Week 2

A few months ago, I started a new habit on Sundays: 

1. Go to run class

2. Go to coffee shop afterwards to work on things for myself

 

I love it! It's just time for my to get my life in check. Focus on me.

Well last week I decided to use a Coaching Workbook page I give my clients. We do a weekly call together and write on the workbook page together, and I was like, ya know Jaclyn, I think this workbook page will help you too.

 

I like that the workbook page helps me acknowledge the good things I did all week and find one small thing I want to change. I tend to think nothing great happened over the week and that I am a big mess. The workbook page helps me see that is incorrect.
