Rest day

I am forcing myself to take a rest day today meaning no lifting and no running.

 

I can walk or bike but nothing that is going to be too much.

 

Funny that I'm now a person who has to schedule in rest days whereas for the past decade, I've been someone who struggled to exericse consistently. 

 

I think what shifted is:

1. I have a system

2. I actually enjoy the exercises I am doing

3. I am focusing on getting stronger rather than getting smaller
