Some days I just walk at my running class. I wake up at 5:25 am and drive all the way there to walk just to keep the habit going.
In the past, I've told myself it's okay, I don't have to go to the class to walk, I can just walk at home and only go to run...
But then what happens is I end up not going at all.
So while it feels silly to go to a class to walk, going helps me keep the habit.
