When you're eating too much sugar...

I made a podcast here about this topic but wanted to write a quick blog!

You may think you have an issue with eating too much sugar. You're not alone. Lots of people do. So what have you tried in the past? Cutting out sugar, right?

When I chat with people who eat too much sugar, I find out that they're not eating much throughout the day. They're not enough plants and protein, so when they get to lunch, dinner, or after dinner, they're eating a ton of sugar.

So the answer is not to cut out sugar. The answer is to focus on a good habit that will help drown out the bad habit. 

What you actually need to do is eat enough food at meals. I suggest using the 5Ps to plan your meals. 

This will hep solve 80% of your issues with food. There's still more there to unpack, but it will solve most of your problems.
