After YEARS of starting and stopping, my life finally started to move forward. I stopped focusing on fleeting goals and instead focused on who I wanted to be and what system I needed in place to get me there!
I finally became consistent and just by showing up and taking daily action, I am down 32lbs from my highest weight.
