Ep 243: Running Recap - I'm (slowly) Getting Faster!
Back in March 2020, my doc said to take a week off from running until my knee+hip felt better, but my knee+hip never got better, and I spent most of 2020 afraid to even walk to get a glass of water. YIKES! I slowly returned to running by taking a baby step followed by another baby step and another. This week, things got faster!
