I used to do this thing where I was consistent with running but not lifting and then I was a couch potato and then I would lift and then I'd stop lifting because I started training for a race. It was super frustrating because I was always starting at 0 over and over again. 

And then I created an amazing system for self-care that helps me be consistent with lifting. I will teach you it today!
