Ep 105: How to REDUCE ANXIETY and GET.SHIT.DONE. even during this shit storm
I broke down last Friday and my day was filled with constant scrolling and paralyzing anxiety.
I couldn't get myself to record a podcast episode.
I couldn't get myself to even fold laundry.
It felt terrible.
Here's how I switched things up.
Here's what I am doing to protect my mental health.
It's not by calling in mental health days anymore.
It's by moving forward and doing the 15 min baby chunks I put in place to feel good/not gross.
