Anyone else try to go from 0 to 100 when it comes to food or working out?   Anyone else a complete jerk to themselves when they "mess up" with something?      I loved chatting with Susan on today's podcast as she shares her journey from overdoing it with the cardio, becoming a successful half-marathoner with the run-walk method, and getting physically and mentally stronger while lifting weights.     Susan shares how she got out of yo-yo dieting, why "clean eating" really ISN'T the best way to lose weight, and why being scared of and missing out on birthday cake isn't a life she wants to live.  
She believes in fitness as a tool for life and not as punishment for what you ate.     Susan is a personal trainer + momma and also a former counselor and teacher. She helps middle age women lose weight in a sustainable way with trust, faith, and practice.    This is THE episode is for anyone who thinks fitness isn't for them. Fitness can start at any age. <3
