Turns out we can learn to be confident and not worry about what people are saying about our bodies, our running form, our clothes, our pace, our mileage... and the list goes on.
As a former worry-wart AND negative Nancy, I am here to tell you that you can be a kind Karen while you are running and find other caring Catherines too.
