If you're stuck, examine your stories.
What are you telling yourself about why you can't have, you can't be, or you can't do the thing?
Your stories can hold you back and prevent you from having the thing, being the person, or doing the thing.
We went on another mini trip last week! About 1 hour into the 3 hour car ride, I realized I left my computer at home and wouldn't have a way to blog. Womp, womp. Today is my first day back home, and I was eager to blog. It was missing in my day last week.
What's interesting is I could have...
I was getting in my head about how I am not doing enough, and I'm tired. Exhausted. No, just showing up is enough.
There are times in life when you have all the time and energy to go above and beyond.
